Custom or OMNI platforms are capable of providing that unique solution your supply chain has needed but no one else was able to provide. Our customized plastic OMNI pallets are designed and manufactured to your unique design specifications meeting all the capacity expectations, dimensions, and applications specifics or needs. All OMNI platforms come with a 5-year warranty and they are repairable like wooden pallets if they are damaged.

From heavy-weight, heavy-duty steel reinforced super pallets, to uniquely designed small or large pallets, our customized OMNI platforms can meet your unique requirements. Assembled from extruded high-density polyethylene components, our custom plastic pallets are designed to withstand weather and other contaminants, while protecting your products and providing superior durability. Because these pallets are assembled from extruded components, a unique or custom sized pallet can be designed and built without the usual high cost of tooling or molds.

Every OMNI platform starts with a list of questions to determine the exact pallet needed for your application. This process ensures that you get the best value pallet or platform to meet your material handling application and not a stock product that is modified or altered to come “close” to what is needed.

OMNI platforms have stood the test of time in many different customer applications. They come with a standard 5-year warranty but have an expected lifetime of over 10 years and, in some cases, longer.

The base raw materials used to make these pallets come from items you may have seen in your recycling bin at home. High-density polyethylene containers, bottles, packaging, and possibly plastic pallets are converted into usable and long lasting products for many years to come while preventing these materials to enter the landfill.
